I would be very happy to find a more environmentally friendly substitute for skimmed milk in powder form: e.g.SOY DRINK (and/or other plant-based drinks) IN POWDER (even better if organic!). Wouldn't that be an idea? Perhaps we could work together with Alnatura... Looking forward to an answer or more information :)
