Nice to see new breads again. But appearances are deceptive once again: barley bread: nice name, but unfortunately again NOT PURE BARLEY BREAD! The first ingredient is wheat flour, and then barley, which only contains 16%. This is yet another Migros lie. Stop mixing everything together for once. Finally bring pure breads into the range. Why can't Migros do that? Or can't the bakers? I'm looking forward to being able to buy fresh, pure bread at Alnatura in Constance again soon. Pure breads - not this mishmash. Then the new original spelt and pumpkin bread. It would be great! But what on earth is the glucose doing in it?????????????? Take this unnecessary sugar out! Because the bread is too sweet, just like our original spelt farmer's bread. I like it because it really is a spelt bread (as is the pumpkin bread), but it tastes far too sweet and this bread also has sugar/glucose in it. This is absolute nonsense - finally take this sugar out. I don't want sweet bread! Just like the sweet pretzel crust! Tastes like a brioche!!!!!!! And lye/silver bread is salty (bread in general is salty) and it's not a pastry.
