Migros presents the new offers from Tuesday on Sunday:
1. after 06.00 a.m. comes the newsletter with the new offers. On the front page today, for example, the entire Alpro range 20%, Oranges Tarocco 15%,.......
if you then click on "show more" you get to the homepage..... not a trace of Alpro and oranges. Only very few articles in each category.
2. after 09.00 a.m. the new promotions are announced in the Migros app under Notifications: Again, no sign of Alpro and oranges, and only very few products in each category. ......
3. after 11.00 a.m. the new flyer arrives via Whatsapp: the latest promotions can be seen there (although unfortunately the flyer never lists all the promotions). And this flyer shows considerably more products than the app, homepage and newsletter....

Once again, I would like Migros to explain (no justification please) why it has not been able to list all the promotions for years. And in every publication. What use is the newsletter, the notification in the app, the homepage to me/us if the promotions are communicated completely incompletely? Why can't Migros do this? I can't understand this in this day and age and it only makes customers dissatisfied. The app has never been right, and neither has the availability query (many items are not even listed that the store has always carried or has carried for years, for example).
I'm also one of those who like to plan. And if you're going to announce the promotions on all media on Sunday, then please do so in full and identically in every publication (regionally, of course).
Either replace IT and finally tackle the problem, or don't send out the latest promotions. It is of absolutely no use if only 2 or 3 per category are visible.
.....Although an explanation is not really necessary. Since Migros is obviously incompetent and the problem repeats itself every week, ....... outsource this task to competent people or hire the media/publication. In any case, it won't achieve anything - apart from annoying people.
