You used to be able to buy Nestle Clusters all over Switzerland. They were also available in Migros.
Then suddenly the entire variety disappeared from Switzerland. Why?
Would it be possible to bring them back into the range? I currently have to import them from DE or AT.

Thank you for your message. I don't know the exact reasons why the Nestle Clusters were removed from the range. However, we usually only discontinue products that are no longer so popular with our customers. This makes room for new, more innovative products that are more in line with our customers' needs. This allows us to keep our range up to date and adapted to the market.

I suspect other reasons, as they are no longer available from any retailer in Switzerland. I also asked Nestle Cereals directly and they also replied that they were less interested. But I didn't expect a terribly honest answer from Nestle either, which is why I asked you .... - too bad!

I even found out from the product managers that we never had Nestlé clusters in our range at Migros and that we don't stock any other Nestlé cereals. You must have bought them from our competitor with the orange "C" or another supplier ;-).
