Hello, for some time now there have been loudspeaker advertisements in Migros Neumarkt (SG).
Is that necessary? Can't you turn them off? The customer service claims that they only run every 10 minutes, but that's wrong: last Saturday I heard 4 announcements within 12 minutes.
Conclusion: The announcements are annoying, they are unnecessary, they are loud and drive customers out of the store.

I can agree with the criticism. It's also more discreet in competitor stores, which is much more pleasant.
