Hello everyone

I wanted to ask if anyone knows which shampoo and shower gel is the "most natural" and "least harmful" for the hair that is available in Migros?
I don't even know which ingredients in shampoos are harmful (I've only heard that silicone is not good), and it would be too tedious for me to spend hours reading through all the back pages and looking up the terms.

I need one for my home, but also a naturally degradable one for camping (where the water goes back into nature unfiltered).

I bought one from Bellena today because it said on the back that it didn't contain any silicones.
I once heard that the M-Budget shampoo was also very natural, but I don't like the herbal smell at all.

Perhaps one of you has already dealt with this topic in more detail and can give me a few tips?
Or someone from Migros itself can give me some information?
