A long time ago (I guess at least 4-5 years ago) there was a great recipe for nasi goreng on the old basmati packaging. Unfortunately, I never memorized the recipe and now that I'm in the mood for Asian cuisine....?.
Do any of you still know the old recipe?

I have good news for you, my colleagues have actually been able to send me the recipe!
Ingredients
200 g basmati rice, 4-5 dl water, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 400 g shredded chicken, 2 finely chopped onions, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, ½ chilli pepper, 1 pinch salt, 1-2 teaspoons curry, ½ teaspoon sambal oelek, 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce, 100 g ham, 1 bunch chives.
Preparation
Cook the rice for 10-12 minutes. Briefly fry the chicken with the onions and garlic in the oil. Add the pepper strips and steam over a low heat. Season with salt, curry, sambal oelek and soy sauce. Mix the rice with the chicken and the sliced ham and fry briefly. Serve with chopped chives and garnish with toasted pine nuts and coconut flakes, a fried egg and a fried banana. Serve with a mixed salad.
