My husband saw an osteopath last week and he said that a lot of deaths are linked to sugar. This weekend, together with my stepson, we took a close look at many of the foods we have at home. I was extremely surprised to find sugar everywhere, from ready-made sauces and salads to pizza, pickles, salted sticks, vegetarian spreads and even a pack of raw bacon. (not Migros) Now my husband has told his son to write down whether he will eat a meal in the next two weeks that doesn't contain sugar. I'm curious to see what comes of it.
