During my last shopping trip to Migros, I noticed that the refill packs for freeze-dried herbs are more expensive than the glass packs. At first I thought this was due to different harvest times and therefore different prices per kilo, but the expiration dates were exactly the same. I noticed this with the chives and oregano, and it is probably the same with all herbs. Why is this the case?
