I recommend mixing grated mozzarella (https://produkte.migros.ch/m-classic-mozzarella-gerieben) and Cathedral City Cheddar (https://produkte.migros.ch/cathedral-city-gerieben) together. Thanks for the tip. It tastes quite good, but the Migros version (mixing both types of grated cheese) is too expensive for me in the long run (the Tex-Mex grated cheese from the Coop is cheaper), plus the quantities of cheese to be mixed are not identical at Migros (mozzarella 250g, cheddar 180g)...
