The ingredients are available. As the breads are prepared on site as at Dorfbeck, it is unfortunately not possible to provide exact nutritional information.

So the home bakeries of the other cooperatives don't bake like the village bakery?
What nonsense, a few weeks ago we were told that there is a label with the nutritional information in other stores.
So I think it's bad when not even the people at Migipedia agree........... in my opinion a major shortcoming!
So please put a label with ALL the information on the monthly bread here in Wil too.
The same thing every month:
...a new person registers under moderator, but trainee would be more descriptive.

Unfortunately, the Migipedia team does not manage to give the same answers. It's really bad.
Surely it is possible to ensure that this label is displayed in every store.
Another tip: always weigh the bread before you pay. They are usually up to 30 grams lighter!
That applies to every loaf of bread.
