Great taste, good fruit content! Fresh and sweet (but not too sweet) at the same time!

As for the consistency, the jam could be a little thicker, to make it easier to eat on a piece of bread (so it doesn't run...).

But all in all, a great success, an original and creative combination, and a good product.
