I'm aware of the efforts you're making on the subject of sustainability and ecology, but I was shocked when, on my way to the checkout, I found myself in front of an armful of Mbudget plastic cups.
This totally contradicts your efforts to make Migros more responsible! I confess I don't understand the purpose of this action. Perhaps you can enlighten me?

Hello @sopale, thank you very much for your comment. As of last week, we have our new disposable assortment in our stores. We use much less plastic than before for this one. We put a notice on our plastic products to draw customers' attention to the fact that they can use the items more than once. It's quite possible that the range of disposable products will be reconsidered and that we will soon be offering no plastic at all. As plastic is often no worse for the environment than other alternatives, we reserve the right to continue offering products made from this material. Sincerely, Tamara
