I don't know the division of responsibilities between the two departments, but I assume that M-Infoline doesn't report to the forum, or only in exceptional cases.
I wonder why Migipedia does not have a FAQ database?
Such a database could save a lot of time and there would be no redundancies in the queries. Then the answers would be clearer and more consistent for users.
