I think the Milette diaper liners are the best for cleaning the bottom with water when changing diapers. Unfortunately, I find them far too big. I always cut them in half. Wouldn't it be possible to offer them in half the size? That would reduce waste enormously (by half). As they would then be too small for their original use, you could also sell the smaller ones as butt wipes. I know a lot of people who wash with these wipes.
