Hello, it would be great if there were 1.75 l milk bottles in Migros. As a family we need a lot of milk and it would simply be much more practical. Preferably in packaging that could be recycled or returned. best regards

I have received a response to my inquiry: Unfortunately, a 1.75 liter milk carton is not currently planned.
However, we do have a 2-liter M-Budget milk in our range for families and larger households. The product is produced from Swiss milk by our own dairy in Estavayer and even has a resealable flip-top. It is offered in a Tetra pack in which the wood used to make the carton comes from FSC-certified cultivation. Unfortunately, this is not recyclable and must be disposed of with normal household waste.
Nevertheless, thank you very much for your suggestion. I hope that the 2-liter container will also serve you well for the time being and who knows - as we pass on all feedback, sometimes good ideas come up again later. :)

I thinkBEARO is more interested in the shorter-life fresh milk offered by Coop in the 1.75 L pack.
by the way, I would also like it if Migros had a larger fresh milk carton

It is now possible to recycle drinks cartons in more and more municipalities; see here: http://www.getraenkekarton.ch/. For some time now, I myself have been giving the empty cartons to someone who can hand them in at their local depot.
