I always wonder why all the poultry in Migros restaurants always has to come from Brazil (logically, because it's probably cheaper).
I don't find this justifiable from a health (antibiotics?), ecological (rainforest deforestation for chicken coops??, disposal of "manure" etc. in Brazil) or animal ethics (animal welfare laws in Brazil) point of view.
You shouldn't always accuse people of not behaving "correctly" and then make it so difficult for them to do so (and to eat Swiss chicken, for example) :( I also believe that companies like Migros in particular need to say that we don't just do the cheapest thing, we want to serve our customers something good for them and the environment.
