That's an interesting idea!
But since I don't think that a health insurance company with only an m-budget can prevail, I am in favor of a migros health insurance company with the following models:
M Budget >> help is always sought by telephone first... (the actual name has just slipped my mind)
M-Classic >> the typical family doctor model
Selection >> free choice of doctor
I think it's a really interesting idea, but I think it will fail because of the whole implementation...

Ideally, Migros should offer all types of insurance, or at least the most important ones such as health insurance, household, travel, etc., so that you could finally have everything under one roof or with one provider. This would also minimize paperwork.
