We are having problems listening to the Tom elf. We now have the third one! Listening via the app works, but not via the listening box. We have already uninstalled and reinstalled the entire software. Do you also have problems like this?

There are now three of us! All the other Storymania figures and elves work perfectly. We could only play Tom on the 'App', maybe that helps mtreppke?

Got the solution from the hotline:
at
https://storybox.migros.ch/de/faq/
then click on the 1st question.
There on
https://storybox.migros.ch/de/download/geschichten/
and enter the password: IQbjRF
Then load the radio plays again (I loaded them all again because I don't know what number "TOM" has)
and TOM actually works :)
Of course, I don't know whether the password can only be used once. Otherwise there is a password at the hotline. Everything is described under the link above. Good luck!
