I ordered goods months ago. Because they were not delivered, I canceled them after an email request from Migros. I then received the broken pieces of a flower pot and a few weeks later some of the canceled goods, which I had bought elsewhere in the meantime. A week ago, I was told that I could no longer get a tree that I had ordered and canceled several times because it was sold out. I have been waiting in vain for a refund for months. Customer service doesn't respond to emails and phone calls don't help at all. This is not the Migros I used to know. That's why I won't be ordering anything from Migros again.
