Now I have been waiting for this moment for more than half a year and it is very disappointing !!! Big announcement and now a lot of hot air! How much longer must x thousands of tons of plastic be burned unnecessarily? The richest country in the world has still not managed to find a solution to curb this. Not even cities like Zurich, Bern and Basel have taken the initiative to get this under control. Interestingly, my parents and sisters have been able to dispose of plastics and packaging free of charge at the recycling center in the country for years. I still see many people who simply throw aluminum cans and bottles in the trash and many still don't give a damn. The main thing is to get rid of it. I separate all waste so that I only dispose of plastics separately. I can easily dispose of cardboard, aluminum and metal, glass, cardboard and paper in the neighborhood and at retailers. Vinegar, oil, shower gel and detergent bottles, batteries, light bulbs etc. are also disposed of at the point of sale. The rest is recycled with Mr. Green or Recycling Service. What remains is a not full 35l bag in one month !!! I'm proud of that - without much effort I hardly have any waste that ends up in the incinerator. It's a pity that in the big cities you still can't recycle without having to buy a subscription from recycling companies, neither the cities nor the major distributors are able to do this. Apparently, the damage to the environment and nature has to hurt people until they realize that it can't go on like this.....but then it's too late....the damage and consequences are too great and irreversible !!!
It would be so easy, it's hardly any more effort and it's not a hassle, it's a good feeling and it's not a burden, but unfortunately many people still smile at it. I don't care at all, I smile when I talk to others about it when they carelessly throw everything in the bin and I have to listen to the excuses and sayings where they try to make themselves right, which I find embarrassing, but they're still too proud to correct it even though they know exactly where it's going.....Uns is apparently still doing far too well....Pity that we haven't made any progress yet....Hope to motivate a few people with this because it really gives you a good feeling that you still don't have the 35l bag full at the end of the month and you can't believe it doesn't smell at all!!!
