It would be a real enrichment for allergy sufferers and vegans etc. if takeaways and/or restaurants had a list/tablet with the exact ingredients. Or a website would also be ideal. The smartphone is quickly pulled out. ?

Now I have the answer. There is an obligation to provide information in every restaurant. But it is not displayed at the point of purchase. The ingredients are passed on at the customer's request.

Unfortunately, the obligation to provide information is of no use to us allergy sufferers if there is nothing to eat that we are allowed to eat. I was in a Migros restaurant with my children a few weeks ago. I'm not very picky when it comes to food and was hoping to get something gluten-free. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered anything at all. The staff advised me not to eat anything in the restaurant, as cross-contamination could not be ruled out. A salad or a portion of chips would have been enough for me.
