We wanted to have our morning meal at the Migros restaurant in Brugg last Saturday. But as we had an important appointment first, it was later. When we arrived at the restaurant at 10.30 am, they had cleared the entire buffet - and nothing had been cleared! There were a few pieces of cake, that was it. We asked + unfortunately the first employee didn't understand German (Tamil), she probably referred us to her boss. Also a Tamil. He was only just able to scrape together the words "food only from 11am". Even insisting that they would please bring something didn't work - and he didn't understand my question.

Now my request and question: Is it not possible to always have either morning meal or lunch in the buffet? Because when you arrive hungry, you want to eat something. Something "right" and not just drink coffee or eat a piece of cake - because lunch will follow...
I find this service very poor. It takes 30 minutes for them to start serving the food + until it's ready. We left disappointed. What a shame, we would have liked to have eaten something good there, but it wasn't possible.
