Dear Migros Restaurant Team,
I have been eating lunch regularly at the Migros Restaurant St. Fiden in St. Gallen for over 2 years now. Since the beginning of this time, only 5 daily menus have ever been available (Olma Bratwurst / pork sausage / breaded schnitzel / chicken breast / hawaii plate). These are each accompanied by a slice of canned pineapple and canned apricot. Nothing has changed in this menu to date.
I also miss the active attempt by the restaurant staff to build a relationship with the customer. I am still not recognized at the till and am asked every day whether I have mineral water or tap water in my glass, even though the lady at the till knows full well that I take tap water every time.
If I regularly visit a restaurant, I expect a balanced, varied and healthy meal. I would also welcome the establishment of a personal relationship with the staff. The experience described above therefore does not correspond to my experience in the aforementioned restaurant in St. Fiden. Several other customers have expressed the same complaints to me about the restaurant.
I hereby politely request that you make a statement regarding this situation.
