I really like the new restaurant interior. Since the summer, the coffee in the Migros restaurant in Aarau and Buchs AG has been much too strong. Others in my circle of friends and family say the same.
Does the "too strong" apply to all variants (espresso, latte...) ?
Isn't this more a question of the type of coffee/degree of roast than a question of the setting/dosage?

I haven't noticed any difference in coffee here in Zurich (I often drink it in Migros restaurants and also in various Migi Restis). Perhaps this is only the case in Aarau at the moment since the new restaurant was opened?
Also coffees with milk or the Esspresso or coffee creme have become stronger in the Migros Restaurant Aarau and Buchs AG

We have checked with the Aare cooperative. The restaurant manager tells us that they always set the coffee quantities identically. However, by switching to new coffee machines, they have been able to significantly improve the coffee quality since the conversion. So your assumption is correct @smartcoyote. This means that the coffee is indeed a little stronger, but also rounder in taste. The preferences are very different and they also get a lot of positive feedback on the more intense coffee taste.
