Ordering from Migros Online in the Basel area is no longer a good idea:

a) The fact that fresh produce is rarely delivered in full seems to be inherent in the nature of the business, i.e., its availability. It's a lottery every time whether vegetables and meat are even available. A week ago, there was no meat at all. Most of the vegetables were missing too. And that was with different delivery dates.
b) It can happen that items are charged but then not delivered, but please not on a regular basis: I am currently missing 10 paid items in the (non-)delivery.

The same thing happened to a friend of mine, who didn't receive an entire box of goods yesterday, for example. We live in different delivery areas (she in the lower Basel region, I in the upper). It seems to be the distribution center in Pratteln that has had a significant quality problem for some time.

Those who, like me, are dependent on home delivery for health reasons and have been shopping this way for years will slowly have to consider switching to a more reliable provider.
