Dear MIGROS - Please improve the quality and functionality of your websites. Especially the MIGROS Magazine and the MIGROS Action Week do not work again and again. The IT support is lousy, takes forever and is customer-unfriendly. I am aware that MIGROS is carrying out massive cost-cutting exercises. But cost-cutting measures at the expense of customers and protests by MIGROS employees to customers are not appropriate. At Gottlieb Duttweiler, the focus was on the customer.
