Hello natmilsom, thank you for the question. According to the screenshot, this is the grandmother, who does not work like the "normal" customers. She does indeed want tea and if you do not yet have any tea in your inventory or can buy it in the market, then you do not seem to have earned the tea yet. In this case, you would have to play more levels in the valley until you reach the level with the tea. Best regards, Matteo
