I also almost despaired at level 45!!! You have to collect the same logos and then match many of them. And take all the balons that come, there come the cumulus vouchers that are needed to get a third golden card, then you're good to go!

The napkins must be matched. This will give you the hat. This procedure also applies to the credit cards until you have the yellow one.
