Hello, I can't congratulate you on the renovation of this store in downtown Biel! First of all, it's far too small for a city center, with little room to cross when it's busy. Especially in these Covid times. Your website states that you have a butcher's and fishmonger's section, which is no longer the case. It's an aberration to have eliminated one floor to concentrate everything on two. For the center of a town of 50,000.00 such a small store is a disgrace. As for your employees, when questioned, they were no less ashamed. Not everyone can afford to drive to the big shopping center in Brügg, where there's more choice and space. When I went down to the basement, I immediately had a feeling of oppression: low ceilings, too many rows and above all, for those who have been there, I had the impression of returning to the basement of the old store in the 70s. Was this intentional? After talking to several neighbors of this Migros, they all agree....5 million invested in this renovation....you'd have done better not to do anything. In short, I don't say bravo and 300 meters away there's a very nice Coop store with a fishmonger's and butcher's shop that's brighter and nicer to visit.JFrançois
