Yesterday I bought 4 wrong Aptamil bottles in the Migros store in Ebikon, Lu !!!! They think I won't get my money back now because it's over 10 francs. None of the packs are open. That's simply cheeky. In any other store I would have gotten my money back !!! I will never shop in a Migros again, I don't want a Migros voucher !!! I want my money back !!!

Migros protects itself, don't be upset. A few years ago there was someone who poisoned baby food, which is really deadly for babies, and blackmailed them. Imagine a bad person like that using the scam of buying a product and returning it poisoned... Migros is otherwise also very accommodating, but the tone is the music when it comes to complaints. If you don't get bossy right away, you'll get a good solution :)
The Aptamils have not been opened !!! Everything was still sealed. And I asked very politely !!! So it wasn't because of the sound !!! Now of course I'm upset !!! I would have gotten my money back in other stores. It's a cheek!
