Once again I went shopping at the meat counter in Migros and was massively disappointed.

We wanted to grill beef rump in one piece on Saturday in the beautiful weather, but were not at all satisfied with the meat. The whole piece was streaky and not really (or not at all) hung and therefore had an unsatisfactory consistency.

To charge 65 per kilo for such a piece of meat is clearly exaggerated, this quality of meat would only be suitable for a goulash at best.

Unfortunately, the quality standard is not maintained, which unfortunately drives me to consider the butcher in the village when it comes to meat.
