Migros do it

Hello, I am an avid garden buyer. During the lockdown, I ordered various seeds and received them at some point, but the invoice came via a company called Byjuno, beneficiary Migros. The invoice was paid, but at some point a reminder came, one, with a reminder fee of CHF 3ü. for a purchase price of CHF 75, so we scanned the payment or receipt, sent everything via their tool, also to Migros, but no reply or reaction. Now we are getting nasty letters with even more fees via debt collection plus a threat of debt enforcement. Does anyone know this Byjuno and have any experience with them, and are they even part of the group? Thank you for any answers.

I don't know them, but they are obviously commissioned by Migros (even SBB works with them): https://www.migros-service.ch/de/cp/zahlungsmoeglichkeiten "If you purchase on account, you can pay the invoice conveniently within a payment period of 20 days. You will receive the invoice for your purchase by e-mail directly from our payment partner Byjuno AG."In the event that debt collection is actually initiated, please object immediately.

Thank you also for the link. Laborious and all for a few seeds.

Sali Mrsmarlpe65, can you describe your case to me in an email at community@mgb.ch? I can then forward it to the relevant office and help you in the best possible way. Best regards Silvia

This is a company in Zug that is systematically scaring away consumers. Trust Pilot shows that a number of customers have received premature reminders with excessive charges. Gottlieb Duttweiler would be turning in his grave at such a service.
