Migros app very slow

Hello Migros,

For some time now, the Migros app on my iPhone 5 has been very slow. What could be the problem? Especially when I check off products in the shopping list, my phone seems to connect to the internet every time. With every 3rd or 4th product it takes 20 to 30 seconds until everything runs smoothly again and scrolls and so on... You can't shop efficiently like that, it completely contradicts the idea of the Migros app, doesn't it?

Thank you very much for your feedback. That sounds really annoying and tedious. I'll check with the people responsible for the app to see what the problem might be and get back to you as soon as I know more.



Has anyone else noticed that the app has been slower recently?

Yes, I have done everything. The problem has not been solved. It's really irritating. What irritates me even more is that I seem to be the only one who has this problem. At least that's how it seems. Now to my question to you: How can I solve my problem? Preferably once and for all.

I have passed on your description of the problem to the people responsible for the app. From a distance, it's really not easy to find out where the problem lies.



However, they are now looking at the app on our test devices. As soon as I hear anything, I'll get back to you here.
