I am very disappointed that Migros ignores iPad users. At Supercard Coop, SBB and all other major apps, iPad users are welcome.
Although Migros mentions iPad compatibility, I get no support from Migros.

The fact that the app is compatible only means that it can be downloaded for those versions. However, there is no guarantee that it will work properly on the corresponding device, such as an iPad. We do not offer support for tablets. Our focus is currently on other developments - we ask for your understanding.

As already mentioned, the Migros app is primarily designed for cell phones.
