Activating the digital vouchers and the blue vouchers for payment in the Migros app doesn't work for me either !!!! It always says update and that for hours! Can only be activated via the website. I showed this to customer service in the store and then received a message from the Migros hotline telling me to call them and let them know. But I haven't done it yet

Can you try reinstalling your app completely? This is probably a bug in your installed version.
If the activation still doesn't work after reinstalling, you can contact us by phone or email so that we can check the account.

had the same problem. with older android versions, the functionality of the migros app is very limited. so try the latest version. good luck!

Please always make sure that the app is up to date. It can also happen that the app cannot synchronize correctly if there is an older version. Online access may also be blocked if a change of address has not been communicated.
However, we would be happy to pass on your input to the relevant technical department so that we can make improvements here.
