Dear Migros App Team
Many customers don't know that they have to activate the vouchers in the Migros app BEFORE showing the Cumulus card
(at the checkout or at the Subito stations)!!!
Unfortunately, it is then no longer possible to activate these vouchers (for the current purchase) if the Cumulus card has already been scanned.
Why is this not possible in this day and age? Are so many customers annoyed by this?
With the blue discount vouchers (5.--, 10.-- etc.), many customers also don't know that these vouchers are ONLY deducted when the QR code is scanned. Here it works at least in "retrospect that you then scan the QR code additionally and then the vouchers are deducted.
With all the other vouchers (multiple points, discounts etc.) this is unfortunately NOT possible!
Would it be possible to change this or at least inform all users of this app in a "special" letter (perhaps directly in the app: Important message!)? As you can see from my letter, this would NOT be a long and complicated piece of information.
P.S. I personally think the app is great, but many customers don't quite understand the "handling"?
