Ever since they redesigned the homepage, the app has been a total mess. The same thing every Sunday, news and promotions can't be checked from Tuesday onwards, this "moo" all the time... I don't get annoyed anymore, I just don't look at it in the app (Sunday/Monday), but wait for Tuesday and then look at it on the website (if all products are listed) or in the good old paper brochure. The app has become a thing of the past... Migros once wrote here in another thread that they are working on it... I don't know what kind of IT they have, but either this technical problem is so complex that it seems almost impossible to solve, or the IT department is incompetent...

I also have Android 7.16.1 and my cow is mooing too! I've known the problem since you integrated SubitoGo into the M app... I wonder if you've overloaded it a bit? It would probably make more sense to package SubitoGo and the payment options in a separate SubitoGo app - just like Coop did with the Passabene app.... In any case, the download ratio there is 25:1 - so I assume that a small fringe group at Migros also uses subito go... There are also better solutions for payment options than "Pay with the app" - this may work for the Migros vouchers... but everything else ? - I'd rather not...

Dear Chloe, for a company like Migros, it should be possible to resolve this problem, which has existed since Sunday, within 24-48 hours. It's the same every week, so the problem should be known. As a customer, I just find this annoying. And the homepage is still not 100% reliable, there are always promotions missing; the paper form in the Migros magazine is better than the homepage... The paper form in the magazine is not complete. Well, there used to be a double page with all the promotions listed. The app hasn't worked properly for many months, availability is absolutely wrong and the homepage is also incorrect.....
