If I am logged in to the Migros website or Migros online store website or Migros magazine website with my login, I cannot find a link to the Migipedia website anywhere. There is also no link in the hamburger menu icon (see picture attached). Can anyone help me - is there a link?
I think you're talking about the smartphone version. migros.ch: Scroll to the bottom of the page and open "Discover". Migipedia is located there. The same applies to the Migros magazine website.

Yes, I agree with that, at least in part. In my opinion, the "Stores" link on migros.ch belongs in the header even more than Migipedia. However, this is not the case in the "Products in the stores" view, but it is in the "Company" section, as you can see in your picture.
