- Migipedia is a neologism formed from the two brand names Migros and Wikipedia.
- It is a genre of experience database that allows users to comment on products in a relatively informal way, rate them and tell "Kurosia", exchange tips and/or discuss concerns and ideas.
- Everyone, young and old, non-customers and customers.

Too bad I haven't heard from you yet. I'm writing a term paper on the use of ICTs and their application in the food industry. I always saw Migipedia as a very fast medium where consumers can quickly post their concerns and receive an answer within a reasonable time. As a CRM measure, it certainly makes a lot of sense on paper, but I think there is still a huge problem with implementation.
I have to say that your biggest competitor, Coop, which still works with old customer loyalty methods such as telephone and email, responds much faster and responds to customer requests and concerns.
I will also write in my paper that there is still room for improvement at Migipedia. In my opinion, it doesn't take 5 days for me to receive an answer.
