Hello again regarding my repair order 32032280 for my HP PC, purchased on 09.02. 2019 at Migros Glatt.
At first they said the repair would take about a month. Then I received a letter from Migros Service at the end of April - the repair could unfortunately not be carried out within the specified period ......new collection date on 25.05. 2019. My questions to Migros Service as to why it was taking so long or what the problem was remained unanswered (several telephone inquiries and by email). On 22. 05. 2019 I received another letter from Migros Service:
Order executed as follows........Invoice amount Fr. 192.05 . I was not asked about the costs incurred - this for a repair 2 months after purchase.
All in all, this service can hardly be surpassed in terms of poor quality! With really unfriendly greetings Markus
