lousy customer service - will now have to shop elsewhere, PITY
mieser Kundendienst - muss jetzt LEIDER woanders einkaufen
LeShop has been out of almond butter for a month now. I tried to find out when it would be available again. It was an odyssey. But unfortunately without result.
- After 3 weeks of "not available", I called customer service.
Answer: "It will be available again from Thursday."
- It was NOT available on Thursday. But didn't have time to call again until Saturday.
Answer: "The purchasing department knows that. Please call again on Monday!"
- I call again on Monday. Customer service tells me he can't reach anyone at the purchasing department. He gives me the direct number. I should try it myself.
- I call the purchasing department a few times. At some point, a slightly annoyed gentleman picks up and asks me to speak High German. His answer:
"We don't know that. I'll give you the number of Mr. ***. Ask him!"
- I call the new number. I don't reach anyone there for 3 calls spread over 2 hours.
- I call customer service again. This time to the drive-in. Nobody picks up.
- Next attempt with Mr. ****. He picks up. First he wants to know where a customer got his number. Because that shouldn't be the case. Then I get an answer to my question:
"I promise you that it will be available again in two days at Le Shop."
Those two days are long gone. It's still not available.
And now I've had enough and buy from the old supplier again.
What a pity. The Alnatura almond butter is really delicious and has nothing to hide next to Rapunzel. But it's really annoying when a product disappears from the range without a trace and after umpteen phone calls nobody really knows what's going on. Sorry, but that's really poor.
