Miacasa, unable to deliver?

Miacasa, nicht fähig zu liefern?

I ordered something from Miacasa, paid in advance and sent the receipt by e-mail. What did I get? Reminders to pay first. Hotline waited 2 x almost 20 minutes. Shouldn't the staff be changed? I will avoid Miacasa in future!
