How often do I receive or give MERCI chocolate as a gift? And let's be honest, it's not that tasty, but it's a nice, very affordable gift.
I think it's high time Migros gave its customers the opportunity to say THANK YOU in a sweet, inexpensive way.
How about "Danggä" or "Dankä" or "Merssi viumau" in all sorts of dialects, including of course "grazie" and "graze vitg"! Nice design, the individual Schöggeli are also nicely packaged.

Luisa you are great like the rest of you. I know that you're just the mouthpiece, answering questions and I'm sure you're just as stupid in private as we are.
So customer feedback is probably only available on Migipedia, or if you complain about a product to customer service. Letters are not read up there anyway, even if they are registered. E-mails just as little, because if the customers, who all have a concern, were given a guarantee that everything would be read and answered, then they (Migros) would not even keep up with reading. The customers who dared to contact customer service would be passed on (at least I think so).
If Migros has the courage to include vegan sweets in its range (they are still in the range), they will probably be able to label MERCI chocolate a little differently in the 4 or 5 national languages. Printing packaging differently also works for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas. The contents remain the same.

Hello Mystery1978, you're not giving Migros much credit ;-) We take every concern of our customers seriously and answer every letter. Every day, we receive countless pieces of feedback about products, our services, stores and so on via email, contact form, social media, stores and other channels. And they are varied! Some compliment us, others share their suggestions and wishes with us and still others expect an opinion on a specific topic. Try it out - we are here for everyone!
As we don't make Merci chocolate ourselves, we don't have free rein in the design of this chocolate. Neither in terms of the recipe nor the packaging. As Luisa has already informed you, we have forwarded your request to the specialist department, which currently considers the demand to be too low. But hey - there's always room for improvement. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but the idea itself is really good!

Mother's Day and Christmas, a different packaging is also possible. If it doesn't work then, they can always come up with the "there was no demand". Then the "Merci buyers" have peace of mind.
