I ordered and paid for a Samsung TV on 26.06.2022. The delivery date note said and still says "from stock, ready for immediate dispatch". The order confirmation says "Expected delivery date 29.06.2022" and "Delivery status item dispatched". After hearing nothing from melectronics or a carrier that the TV was on its way, I called customer service. However, they were unable to give me any information and put me off with the statement that they would contact the supplier and I would be contacted by email by the supplier by 10.00 a.m. I was not contacted by the supplier, however, and I contacted customer service again. There I was again fobbed off with the statement that they had already told me once that I would be contacted by the supplier and that they did not know any more. When I called again today to ask whether there was any more precise information or whether I could call the supplier myself, I was again told in a very unfriendly manner that they did not know any more either and that I could contact MGB by e-mail. It is not possible for me to place and pay for an order and then not receive an answer as to when I will receive my goods. On every other platform where I shop online, I am informed about the status of my order and when it will be delivered. With melectronics, I can just wait. Maybe it will arrive this month or maybe not until next month.
