I am looking for experience reports for the M Budget Mini and Maxi One for my website...
Who can tell me something about it? Why did you choose them?

if you have a look at the forum here, you will find enough experience reports.
but here is a summary.
Why not:
- it never works
- the hotline is never available
- the waiting times on the hotline are between 30 and 60 minutes
- agents on the hotline don't speak German
- you are charged for services that you have never used
- you spend more time on hold with the m budget hotline than on the phone with your friends
why is that?
- it's cheap
I had the normal Budget One for 29... I couldn't log in online, let alone create a login. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information that this is only possible for Maxi customers! To find out, I spent 48 minutes on hold on the hotline - so that the good lady then told me I could only do this with the Maxi, and when I asked if she could switch it over straight away, she replied that I should send something by sms. Thanks for the info! But apart from that I am satisfied! Except that 1GB is not enough for me anywhere - I travel a lot where there is no wifi

I can definitely advise you against this subscription!!!
We signed a contract at the beginning of August, then had to call them 100 times because the contract was supposedly lost or they didn't feel like it or because the sun was shining... Almost unbelievably... we received a letter at the beginning of October informing us that we were now customers after all and that the Sim Card would arrive in the next few days. Now it's almost the end of the month and we can no longer make any calls!!!! This has been going on for almost a month!!!!!! First we didn't get a Sim Card, then it was supposedly due to the post office, then we got a Sim Card but unfortunately it doesn't work!!! The "Service Center" has the motto "no one can deal with M customers", although you are not a customer there either, and there are probably no technicians either. So if you need a break from your cell phone, then yes.

I can only advise against switching to M Budget. I am currently switching back to Swisscom. But unfortunately I'm only having problems,
First announcement from M Budget: your number will be ported to Swisscom on October 28. The porting was not completed. When I asked the hotline, they said they were not aware of any porting. So I filled out all the forms again.
Second announcement from M Budget: number will be ported on 22.11. I received this information by letter. On 21.11 I received an e-mail with the text, porting not possible. Of course I immediately called the hotline. They told me that the e-mail was a mistake. My number would be ported on 22.11 as confirmed in writing.
On 22.11 I received another letter stating that the porting would now take place on 26.11. I immediately called the hotline again. There I received the answer that it could never have been ported on 22.11.
I'm curious to see if Mirgos will make it at the third attempt.
During the time I was a customer, I only had bad experiences with customer service. Sometimes strange data was charged, sometimes my LSV form was simply deleted. The long waiting times on the hotline are well known.
We don't even want to talk about the roaming prices and the international data subscription.
If you want a very cheap subscription, M Budget is the right choice. You just have to be able to live with the fact that the customer service is under everything when problems occur and they come pretty quickly. The same goes for the strange data traffic billing.
Never again M Budget Mobile.
