I happened to see that Migros now had reusable crockery in the takeaway, green Tupperware-style pots.
But these are hidden in a box way, way behind the counter.
Shouldn't they be clearly visible at the counter so that they can be used?
I know that they can be returned unwashed.
If I were buying from Migros Take-Away, I would definitely use these pots.
What do you think?

yes, it was in Migros Wengihof, there was a short advertisement on the checkout screen, I saw it by chance, but it was very short, so I asked at the checkout. The saleswoman proudly told me that for a deposit of CHF 5 you could have the reusable dishes with a plastic lid and then bring them back unwashed.
But she hid the pots at the very back after the presentation ;-DDD
I have already asked her why they are not visible next to the other plastic containers, she then said, "yes, the other day we had them all up there and there and there...."
I got the impression that people don't see the new offer that way.

I have received feedback from those responsible for the reusable tableware, which clarifies a few things:
"Unfortunately, for reasons of space and hygiene, it is not possible to display the reusable crockery for customers to see.
The crockery is placed close by and easily accessible for employees. It is covered with a plastic bag, as food is processed on our limited work surfaces.
Since the introduction of this crockery, an A4 poster has been used to advertise and draw attention to the reusable crockery.
On the basis of this message, we are considering presenting a dish of the day in a reusable dish in the buffet.
We hope you will understand that it is often not possible to do justice to all important aspects (hygiene, information, accessibility, space, etc.) to the same extent."
Thank you in any case for the suggestion, which will hopefully help even more customers to take advantage of our offer.
