More vegetarian products in the Take Away

Mehr Vegetarische Produkte im Take Away

Dear Migros,
I go to a grammar school which is close to a Migros store. So I regularly go there to get my lunch. Until recently, it wasn't a problem to find something warm, as chicken nuggets are always on offer.
However, I've been a vegetarian for two months now and I look in vain for vegetarian options. Even though spring rolls are sold from time to time, this is neither regular nor really healthy.
I have therefore come up with two product ideas that could be offered in takeaways and, if prepared well, could even become real bestsellers.

Idea 1: Pita with vegetable filling
This snack is ideal to take away. It is relatively easy to prepare, because once the vegetables have been fried, all you have to do is keep them warm. The vegetables include eggplants, peppers and courgettes. When the vegetables are sold, they simply need to be filled into pita bread and then reheated.

Idea 2: Bean chili
Although a bean chili is not particularly suitable for eating on the go, it is easy to prepare and would not be too expensive. The cooks could throw everything into a pot and keep it warm, and the beans would still be warm half an hour later as they retain heat very well.

Both dishes are balanced, inexpensive and filling.

I hope that these products will be considered and perhaps I will see them next time in Migros.

Kind regards
Manuel
