Congratulations to Migros on having 30% more VEGAN/vegetarian products in its range by 2017. It seems important to me to point out various factors, such as ecology and the possible health benefits that result from this. The ongoing issue of E substances and table salt such as acid bases should also be actively addressed in this context!
