I was on vacation in Sweden and saw that the food stores there offered a lot more lactose-free products. Why isn't that the case here? Doesn't it make sense to offer more? What do the others think?

That's true, there are many more lactose-free products abroad. Migros does have a range of lactose-free products, but there is certainly room for improvement compared to other countries. The question is whether Migros wants to do this because of customer demand. I think Coop has a slightly larger lactose-free range than Migros, so Migros probably just needs a little more time.
